Biography

Adele is grateful to have had a vast and varied career. She appeared in productions of Legally Blonde, Les Miserables, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Frozen The Musical, Horrible Histories, Triassic Parq, Brigadoon, Carrie, and Carousel, among others.

 

She has performed as a guest artist on cruise ships throughout the Asia Pacific, at the Sydney Speigeltent and the Maj Downstairs to name a few. She works extensively in the corporate space, performing at events for Crown Casino, Park Hyatt, Sofitel and hosting the Port Macquarie Business Awards.

 

Adele is active in the development of new theatrical work, collaborating with New Musicals Australia, Gordon Frost Organisation and Sydney Theatre Company.

 

Adele recently completed studies in psychology. Her honours thesis entitled “Psychological Well-being in Professional Musical Theatre Performers” is due for publication in 2024.​​​

Education & Training

2015

Neil Semer Vocal Institute

In 2015, Adele was awarded a scholarship to complete professional development abroad. She was accepted into Neil Semer's Vocal Institute, travelling to Germany to complete his vocal intensive. During this time, she performed at concert venues in Würzburg, Germany.

2015

L'Ecole Gaulier

In 2015, Adele was awarded a scholarship to complete professional development abroad. She travelled to Paris to study under the tutelage of master clown and pedagogue Philippe Gaulier. Gaulier's past students include Sacha Baron Cohen, Helena Bonham Carter and Emma Thompson.

2011

Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA)

At age 18, Adele was accepted into WAAPA's competitive Musical Theatre programme. Highlights from her three years at WAAPA include playing Cassie in A Chorus LIne and originating the role of Hillary in James MIllar and Peter Rutherford's A Little Touch of Chaos. Adele graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2011.
